.DANGEROUS DAVE in "TROPHY TROUBLE"
Guide Dave through ten terrifying levels as he tries to reclaim his trophies from a deserted pirate`s hideout! A double hi-res arcade delight!
REQUIREMENTS
Dangerous Dave requires an enhanced Apple IIe or later machine to run. If your machine does not support double hi-res, you can`t run it. If you have a IIe and can`t run it, Apple offers an Apple IIe enchancement kit for about $70 at your Apple dealer (or $55 by mail order). Make `em order you one, and enjoy double hi-res and MouseText (text graphics)!
TROPHY TROUBLE!
Clyde the bully has stolen your high-jumping trophies and hidden them in a deserted pirate`s hideout. You prize these prizes above all else, so you decide to get them back!
Little did you know ... this hideout isn`t so deserted after all! Bats, ghostly heads, and strang creatures never see by man are guarding the pirate`s treasures!
AND BOOTY, TO BOOT!
There`s tons of treasure to be found in the hideout -- chests full of gold, battle shields, fine vases, sacks of swag, and antique spylasses.
However, don`t get too greedy! Some leaps for loot may lose you your life!
GAMEPLAY
To get from level to level, you must find one of your trophies. Once it is in your possession, you must get to the door to reach the next level. Note: on some levels you can become trapped in such a manner that getting the trophy (or to the door) is imposible. In this case, press Control + R to start over.
CONTROLS
You can control Dave with the joystick or keyboard.
On the joystick, up jumps. Button 0 fires a gun if you have one. Button 1 turns the jetpack on and off, if you have one.

Keyboard is another matter.
Use IJKL for jump, left, right, and down. U and O can be use to jump up at an angle. S and F fire a gun left and right. Press RETURN to turn your jetpack on and off -- again, if you have one.
Control-R restarts, ESC quits.
SECRETS
• The pirate`s hideout contains some secret areas that are difficult to find. There`s lots of treasure there!
• Watch out for weak spots in girders.

Make it through the deserted pirate`s hideout and show Clyde why you got those high jumping trophies!
